Description

Our client operates 40 hypermarkets and more than 20 express supermarkets and employs over 13,000 employees from more than 50 different nationalities in 11 countries. Two large hypermarket will be opening in Beirut, Labanon in 2012 as part of their expansion plans. Mercer Gulf Recruitment will be working with our Client to recruit more than 500 employees for the following positions: Management, business, and financial occupations 1. Top executives Service occupations 1. First-line supervisors/managers of food preparation and serving workers 2. Food preparation workers Sales and related occupations 1. First-line supervisors/managers of retail sales workers 2. Cashiers 3. Retail salespersons Office and administrative support occupations 1. First-line supervisors/managers of office and administrative support workers 2. Customer service representatives 3. Stock clerks and order fillers Production occupations 1. Bakers 2. Butchers and Meat Cutters Transportation and material moving occupations 1. Laborers and freight, stock, and material movers 2. Packers and Packagers REQUIREMENTS Please mention in your application the position or positions of interest For management/supervisory positions, you must have experience managing employees and working in a retail environment and intermediate to advance fluency in Arabic and English is required For non-supervisory positions, experience in retail environments is an asset but not required since training will be provided, ability to communicate in Arabic is preferred but not required, basic to intermediate English fluency is required
